who ?
Tom packed up and moved to Bali at the ripe young age of 18 where he found employment working under renowned surf photographer Dustin Humphrey. For the better part of three years he traveled around the Indonesian archipelago via motorcycle in search of waves, building his surf and moto portfolio, gaining a lay of the land along the way. During his time with Humphrey, Tom met Ellis Ericson and Jason Salisbury and the rest they say, is history.
After branching out on his own, Tom became RVCA advocate living the brand and shooting surf. His work has brought him to 5 of the 7 continents and he has been published in Japan, Australia, Europe, America, Brazil and Indonesia. Most of the year you’ll find TBH riding his motorcycle and traveling around SE Asia, constantly in search of adventure, waves and good times.
Never having surfed (except on a motorcycle), he’s truly a photographer’s photographer. In love with the art of capturing a perfect moment, instead of frothing over flawless waves he enjoys his time smoking ciggys and drinking lattes on the beach with the babes. Not a bad gig really.
